Responsible

• Coordinate with the Sales Department : Liase and work closely with the sales team.
• Delivery Scheduling: Create and manage the product delivery schedule.
• Sales Reporting: Input Sales data into the system and preparethe final report.
• PO Reporting : Input purchase order (PO) date into the system and prepare the PO report.
• Stock Tracking & Pending Reports: Update stock movment data and manage the Pending Report.
• General Sales Coodination: Handle all other inquiries and coordination related to sales activities.
• Data Management: Systematically manage customer databases and coal product information.

• Language: Moderate English proficiency, specifically for Email correspondence and basic communication.
• Mindset : High patience, Self-motivate learner, and able to handle high-pressue environments, or heavy workloads independently.
